RoyalSonic Email Hosting — Anti-Abuse & Fair Use Policy
Established May 2001 · J.R.D. Company Ltd.
Unlike new startups offering lifetime deals that burn out in 12 months, RoyalSonic is backed by J.R.D. Company Ltd., a profitable infrastructure and technology company established in May 2001. For 25 years, we have been managing networks and serving clients. We own our dedicated hardware pools, meaning your lifetime email data is safe with a company built to last another 25 years.

To ensure maximum server reliability, excellent IP deliverability, and top-tier performance for all users on our infrastructure, RoyalSonic (operated by J.R.D. Company Ltd.) enforces a strict Fair Use and Anti-Abuse Policy.
By activating or using a RoyalSonic Lifetime or Subscription account, you explicitly agree to the following terms. Violations will result in immediate account suspension or termination without a refund.
1. Zero-Tolerance Spam & Bulk Email Policy
Our infrastructure is built strictly for regular, relational business and personal communication.
- No Cold Outbound Emailing: You may not use your account to send unsolicited cold outreach, sales pitches, or marketing emails to lists of people who have not explicitly opted-in to receive mail from you.
- No Bulk Marketing Newsletters: You may not use standard mailboxes to send high-volume marketing campaigns, newsletters, or automated blasts. (High-volume marketing requires a dedicated transactional email relay addon).
- Blacklist Protection: If your sending behavior causes our system IP addresses to be flagged or blacklisted by major providers (such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo), your account will be permanently terminated immediately.
2. Forbidden Content & Use Cases
You are strictly prohibited from using RoyalSonic infrastructure to host, send, or receive content related to:
- Phishing, Spoofing, or Scams: Any attempt to mimic financial institutions, logistics companies, or other brands to steal user data.
- Malware & Exploits: Sending viruses, malicious links, or executable attachments.
- Illegal Activities: Anything violating local or international laws, including copyright infringement, distribution of illegal goods, or hate speech.
- Automated Bots: Linking your inbox to scripts, bots, or software scrapers that generate extreme, un-human volumes of mail traffic.
3. Storage and Resource Limits
Your storage pool is mapped dynamically to ensure fair distribution across our physical hardware nodes.
- No File Dumping: Your email storage is strictly for storing actual emails and standard business attachments. You may not use your email storage as a general cloud backup drive, file-sharing server, or archive for video/media libraries.
- Mailbox Creep: You must strictly stay within the maximum number of user mailboxes allotted to your specific license tier. Creating fake, temporary, or burner email addresses to bypass user limits is prohibited.
- API & Connection Throttling: To protect our fast NVMe caches and ZFS pools, we reserve the right to throttle concurrent IMAP/POP3 connections if an account is flooding the system with automated background API calls.
4. Account Inactivity & Abandonment
To keep our dedicated server pools clean and highly optimized:
- If a Lifetime Account remains completely inactive (zero logins, zero incoming or outgoing mail traffic) for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months, RoyalSonic reserves the right to mark the account as abandoned.
- Prior to taking action, we will send multiple notifications to your recovery email address. If no response is received within 30 days, the inactive account may be deactivated and its empty storage pool reclaimed.
5. Enforcement & Finality
RoyalSonic utilizes automated security logs and reputation monitoring to detect system abuse. Our support team retains the final, absolute discretion to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy.
6. Non-Transferability of Accounts & Licenses
Every RoyalSonic account, license, and Lifetime Deal (LTD) code is legally tied to the original purchaser or organization who registered it.
- No Reselling or Flipping: You may not sell, rent, lease, sub-license, or commercially exploit your account or license codes on third-party forums, grey-market sites, or marketplaces.
- No Account Merging or Splitting: Once a lifetime license code is redeemed and linked to an account dashboard, it cannot be unlinked, split apart, or merged into another separate user account.
- Fraud Prevention: If our security systems detect that an account has changed ownership (e.g., sudden changes to all primary recovery emails, billing details, and login locations combined with unauthorized marketplace activity), the account will be locked for security verification.
- Corporate Acquisition Exception: If your business is legally acquired, merged, or sold as an entire corporate entity, you may submit a formal request to our support team to transfer the account to the new company ownership, subject to manual verification.
